Manetti Blanchard S.r.l. is committed to acting ethically and responsibly, requiring employees, partners, and third parties to operate in compliance with: the 231 Model and/or company procedures, the Code of Ethics.
Manetti Blanchard S.r.l. has adopted a procedure for handling reports of wrongdoing in compliance with Legislative Decree 24 of March 10, 2023, on the “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions on the protection of persons who report breaches of national law” (“Legislative Decree 24/2023”).
In compliance with Article 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Company makes available to the persons expressly provided for by the legislation—by publishing the adopted procedure on this page—information on the channel, the procedure, and the requirements for making internal or external reports (so-called whistleblowing reports).
Without prejudice to the possibility of submitting anonymous reports pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Company guarantees, in any event and in every way, the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and all the protections provided by law for the benefit of the whistleblower.
Manetti Blanchard S.r.l. does not tolerate any improper, dishonest, or unlawful activity, nor any conduct that may cause damage or harm, including reputational damage, to the Company.
Please note that only reports that meet the following criteria will be considered: (i) submitted by persons authorized under the procedure and/or Legislative Decree 24/2023; (ii) concerning the violations specified therein; (iii) submitted through the designated channels.
Only if these conditions are met will the whistleblower benefit from the protections provided by the procedure and/or Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Therefore, before submitting a report, we invite you to review the procedure published on the Company’s website, which contains specific information on:
• Who may submit a report;
• What may be reported;
• Which channels may be used to submit a report (internal and external channels);
• How a report may be submitted (anonymous reporting);
• Who receives and handles the report;
• What protections are available to the whistleblower;
• What consequences may arise in the event of a breach of the procedure.
Finally, we invite you to review the data processing notice provided below by the Company in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The platform is managed by a third party to ensure the effectiveness and confidentiality of the reporting process and to provide access to anyone who wishes to submit a report, whether anonymously or not.
The reporting channel guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the person involved, and anyone mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report itself.
Following a report, no form of retaliation against the person who submitted it is permitted.
